(1) Be respectful and kind to everybody on this server and use common sense. (2) Racism, sexism, homophobia, hate speech, doxing or harassment are not tolerated. (3) Avoid toxic behavior such as ragebaiting, trolling, insults or similar. (4) Do not spam and type in whole sentences instead of short words. (5) This is a roleplay server. There is no hardcore roleplay, but please focus on geopolitics and diplomacy. (6) The rules apply on the minecraft server aswell as on discord. Violation on 3rd-party discord servers, non-associated to the Craft of Civilizations-team are excluded. (7) Cheating is strongly forbidden and will result in a permantent ban.

(1) We want a roleplay-like experience on this Minecraft server. By that we mean that we want players to build up towns and cities in their countries, have conferences and diplomatic connections with other nations and behave like they would run their own country.
(2) Although this is a roleplay server, there are strict limitations. Any roleplay, builds or symbolism that violate German law, especially §130 StGB (Volksverhetzung), are strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, roleplay or builds resembling concentration camps, pogroms, genocides or similar acts.
Violations will result in an immediate permanent ban.
In severe cases, the server team reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable laws.
The server team has the final authority to determine whether content violates these rules.

(1) A war always has to have a roleplay reason. Random, unjustified attacks on other players are not allowed and can be reported.
(2) There are exeptions to this rule, for example a "suprise attack" on a country can be considered roleplay if there was an ongoing diplomatic conflict between two nations
(3) There has to be at least one enemy player online to attack their town. Starting a war while no player of the opposed nation is online is prohibited. An examption to this rule is, if:
-No player of the opposed town was seen online for at least 2 weeks.
(4) NO CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF MINECRAFT WILL BE ACCEPTED!
Drawn maps outside of the roleplay have no effect on the actual land claimed. The land claimed ingame is the only valid border.

(1) Violation of the rules will be punished with a kick from the server, a temporary or a permanent ban or any other kind of punishment.
(2) The server team defines what kind of punishment is appropriate for your behavior.
(3) Anyone who is linked to a rule violation will have their situation reviewed, in an "innocent until proven guilty" mentality.
